Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have called it quits.

"Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls," a rep for the Hills star, 23, tells TMZ.com."She's tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career."

TMZ says Montag -- who has been making the case to replace Megan Fox in Transformers 3 -- is looking for a new home in Malibu, Calif.

A source tells the Web site tension has been growing between the couple, who wed in April 2009: "It wasn't just a sudden thing."

On Tuesday, Montag Twittered, "I am not Heidi Pratt, I am Heidi Montag."

Us Weekly has reported she was influenced by Spencer, 26, to undergo 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day. Spencer has also bragged that he doesn't allow Heidi to watch television or go online.

"He's brainwashed her!" a source told Us Weekly. "He's made her turn her back on her family."

In an episode of the Hills that aired earlier this month, Heidi declared that Spencer didn't change her.

"All guys are a little bit controlling," she said.

Their behavior had grown increasingly erratic. Pratt hired four ex Marines to guard their L.A.-area home, and they blew over $400,000 on healing crystals. Heidi even called the police when her mom Darlene Egelhoff showed up unexpectedly at their house earlier this month.

Heidi Twittered that she'd be wed to Spencer "FOREVER!!!" after they walked down the aisle in April. (They also eloped in November 2009.)

Said Egelhoff then, "He's literally what she's dreamed of her entire life. She always wanted to get married young, and she just prayed and prayed for someone exactly like him."

Spencer's Parents Remove All Photos of Him

Heidi Pratt -- who called the cops on her mother Darlene Egelhoff Thursday -- isn't the only Hills star clashing with her family.

Her husband Spencer also has distanced himself from his family, reports the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now).

He is estranged from younger sister Stephanie and doesn't speak to his folks because "he felt his parents would talk to him only about Stephanie and that they charged him with taking care of her," an insider tells Us Weekly. "He thinks she's a loser and doesn't want anything to do with her."

Apparently, his parents have had it with him as well.

"They noticed him changing two years ago and stayed by his side. But now it's too much," a source tells Us Weekly. "They even took the pictures of him out of their home."

Us Weekly reports Spencer, 26, and Heidi, 23, have become virtual shut-ins at their $7,000-a-month rented L.A house, which is filled with framed covers of magazines on which they've appeared.

"No one ever visits," a local tells Us, and the couple rarely leave. "Heidi sits and stares in the mirror, while Spencer plots and schemes on his projects all day," adds a Pratt source. "He sits on the Internet, watches TV and tries to get press. That is all he does. It's totally sick."

Spencer Calls Brody a "Drunk Idiot"

Spencer Pratt isn't about to let ex-BFF Brody Jenner get the last word.

After Jenner quipped on Wednesday that his old friend has "lost it," Pratt came roaring back Thursday with an exclusive retort to UsMagazine.com.

"I saw that tattoo that he got," Pratt says of Jenner's new "F**K" tattoo. "He should add -ing idiot to it!"

During an appearance on Kidd Kraddick in the Morning, Jenner, 26, said that his old best friend "wants attention."

Pratt's response? "You've only dated famous girls for the past 6 years and I'm the attention whore? [Kristin] Cavallari to LC [Lauren Conrad] to Lindsay Lohan to Avril Lavigne?"

Pratt had particularly harsh words for Lavigne, Jenner's current love. "Avril? She was famous in what, the 90s? We were in 7th grade when her song came out, I think, you foolio."

The husband to Heidi Pratt also criticizes Jenner's high-profile partying.

"Honestly, Brody, I'm worried about you. I don't even drink and go to clubs and you're worried about me?"

He adds: "You're the one showing up to all of these events wasted, man. Maybe you need some crystal therapy to sober you up. Go connect with nature and not the bottle, you drunk!"

Thursday proved to be a busy day for the Pratts. Heidi's estranged mom Darlene Egelhoff showed up unannounced "pounding on her door" at the couple's L.A.-area home; Heidi quickly called her private security team and announced plans to file a restraining order. Egelhoff says in the new Us Weekly that her daughter has cut her off completely.

"Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic," Heidi told TMZ.com.

But many worry about the now-isolated couple. "He could snap at any time," a source says of Spencer in the new Us Weekly. "He has huge rage issues. Whenever he feels threatened in even the smallest way, he lashes out. I've seen it. It's scary."

The Hills drama continues.

A tipsy Kristin Cavallari, 23, got into an early morning screaming match with a gorgeous brunette who was flirting with her ex Brody Jenner, 26, at the Nylon Young Hollywood party at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood Wednesday night.

Cavallari had been fuming since 10:20 p.m., when she spotted Jenner hitting on Hills co-star Audrina Patridge, 25, who didn't seem interested as she's dating Ryan Cabrera, 27.

Jenner stopped speaking to Patridge to try to calm down Cavallari, who was on her second beer, but she grabbed his arm angrily before they parted.

At midnight, Cavallari stood up quickly with her dress hiked to her waist -- flashing a pair of white mesh panties! She didn't seem too concerned, and pulled her dress back down.

A few minutes later, a gorgeous brunette began chatting up Jenner, making Cavallari -- who gave the girl an icy hello -- increasingly annoyed. Cavallari, who had been drinking all night, threw a cell phone she'd received for free from a swag suite down on the floor in anger.

After about 30 minutes of Jenner's flirtation with the brunette, Cavallari approached her and began screaming as a Hills producer whispered into his microphone, "This is going to get ugly." The brunette's blonde friend also began yelling back at Cavallari.

Jenner intervened after about five minutes of fighting, pulling Cavallari away and giving her a hug. Cavallari smiled and flashed Jenner a hotel room key and the two of them -- with their arms all over each other -- took off together.

Jenner and Cavallari haven't dated since 2006, but have always had sexual tension. In an October episode of The Hills, Jenner's then-girlfriend Jayde Nicole demanded he choose one of them, and he admitted he "didn't know" if he had feelings for Cavallari.

Heidi Pratt is seeking a restraining order against her mom, Darlene, after she made a surprise visit to her L.A.-area home.

"My mom [Darlene Egelhoff] just showed up to the house unannounced... and after what she did to me on national TV, I have no desire to see her," Heidi, 23, tells TMZ.com, referring to her mom's disapproval of her 10 plastic surgeries in one day.

Heidi tells TMZ.com that she immediately notified her personal security team (the new issue of Us Weekly reports they employ 4 former Marines for protection) when Egelhoff began "pounding on the door."

Spencer tells UsMagazine.com, "She’s gone. The cops took her away."

"Her showing up is completely out of line and psychotic," Heidi says. "I'm getting a restraining order against her."

In the new issue of Us Weekly, Heidi's mom admits, "Heidi and I aren't speaking to each other right now."

On Monday's episode of The Hills, Spencer slammed Egelhoff as "just a vagina."

Though his relationship with Egelhoff soured in 2008 when he and Heidi secretly eloped to Mexico, she was supportive when the couple officially tied the knot last year.

"I'm just so happy they found each other," she told Us then. "I feel like I've passed on the job of taking care of Heidi to him, and it's a big job! He's the only other person alive who could do it."

Heidi and Spencer Pratt, featured prominently on MTV's hit show The Hills since 2006, might not appear on the series' last episode, reports the new Us Weekly (on newsstands now).

Neither has taped since mid-April (Us Weekly previously reported that Spencer, 26, was suspended from the show after threatening to kill a producer; Heidi's role was reduced after she objected to a faux-divorce story line).

A source tells Us Weekly show creator Adam DiVello "said he doesn't think Heidi and Spencer will come back for the series finale."

Heidi, 23, wasn't invited to a secret May 6 powwow Divello had with the female cast in Santa Monica, Calif., to brainstorm the series finale.

"All the girls were asked to come up with ideas of how the show can end," an insider tells Us Weekly. Among the ideas: a trip to Costa Rica for the 100th episode (two before the finale) and a future Sex and the City–style movie sequel.

"He wants The Hills to end on an upbeat tone," a source tells Us Weekly of DiVello's plan. "He wants to show the audience that the girls are going on to bigger and better things and that the show was good for them."

Multiple sources close to Heidi Montag reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that the reality star is alleging that she has been touched inappropriate by the creator and executive producer of The Hills, Adam Divello.

"Tension on the set of The Hills has truly escalated in the last few weeks and Spencer and Heidi are very close to bringing legal action against the show," an insider tells me.

The alleged sexual assault happened after Montag's recent multiple cosmetic procedures, they claim. And, the inappropriateness included Divello repeatedly touching Montag's "ass cheeks and lower back." That would be very uncool!

Whispers have plagued Divello for years about the nature of his relationship with The Hills' former heroine, Lauren Conrad and inappropriateness there.

Those close to Heidi say that Adam's inappropriateness towards her is one of the reasons why she has had a large number of security people with her while filming recently.

A Montag source says, "Adam can get away with that with the Audrinas and Kristins of reality TV but not with Heidi! He is a pervert and a creep. The other girls dont feel they can't defend themselves because they are afraid they will lose their job if they talk about the man's workplace behavior. Heidi will not tolerate sexual assault in the workplace!"

"I’m writing a movie right now. It’s very action packed," the bikini-clad reality star, 23, told UsMagazine.com Sunday at the opening of the Liquid Pool Lounge at Las Vegas' Aria Resort & Casino.

"It's Bourne-meets-Barbie," adds Montag, referring to Matt Damon's action flicks. Montag would would "of course" play the starring role.

"I would love to be an action star," continues Montag, who recently Twittered she wants to to be the "blonde Tomb Raider."

She claims to have the experience.

"I've trained in knife fighting and guns for over two years with one of the founding members of Saw, [who] was [in] the original Delta Force. So I've been shooting and practicing the whole real-life action figure for years," she said. "So I'm very excited to have action roles."

Montag recently filmed a cameo in Just Go With It alongside Jennifer Aniston. Whose acting career would she rather emulate: Aniston's or the more action-packed Angelina Jolie's?

"Actually, I want a combination of both," says Montag, who was flanked by six bodyguards at the event.

In the meantime, don’t expect her to appear on Dancing With the Stars any time soon. When asked if she’d compete, she told Us, "I would love to host."

Just what haven’t Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt done lately? The reality couple traded Hollywood for a day at the West Coast’s largest Marine Corps facility, Camp Pendleton, Thursday in San Diego County.

"We went to visit Camp Pendleton to see the Marines. They’re the most valiant, honorable and courageous men and women in the United States," Heidi and Spencer tell PEOPLE exclusively. "It was one of the best days of our lives."

"Our freedom is so important to us and thanks to these Marines we get to be the entertainers we are. We wanted to take the time to honor them and pay our respects to the Marines who make this country and nation possible and allow us all the freedoms that we enjoy."

The duo spent the day touring the entire base, spent time visiting with the Marines and took meetings.

"We wanted to find out how we can bring the awareness to these true heroes that don't get the recognition and honor they deserve," says the couple.

Montag was so touched, she and Pratt plan to return shortly. She plans to perform her single "Body Language" for 60,000 Marines on the beach at Pendleton on the Fourth of July.

The two even added a new puppy to their brood to commemorate the special day in their lives.

"We named our new member of our family in honor of one the most courageous dedicated humans have ever come in contact with – our pup's name is Sgt. Maj. Kasal," whom they met at Camp Pendleton.

UsMagazine.com previously reported that at a recent MTV photo shoot the 23-year-old Montag -- who is now campaigning to be the blonde Tomb Raider after landing a cameo in an Adam Sandler movie -- showed up with four bodyguards and refused to pose with her other Hills castmates.

"No one saw her because no one was allowed to speak to her," Cavallari, 23, tells E!. "She didn’t take the group photo with us which was really disappointing."

She did have one piece of praise for Montag, who famously underwent 10 plastic surgery operations in one day: "Honestly, Heidi looks better in person."

The final season of The Hills begins Apr. 27 -- and it could go longer than expected. "They could order 12 more episodes, and it is still the same season," Cavallari says.

Sources tell us that Audrina Patridge and Ryan Cabrera are dunzo.

The two were first reported to be dating in February, but today…

"Ryan and Audrina are definitely not together right now," a source who was with the reality starlet this weekend tells us. "It's still a touchy subject for her."

Friends tell us Ms. Patridge isn't exactly feeling too good about the relationship taking a nosedive. She attended Perez Hilton's recent birthday party in L.A. without Cabrera. "Audrina came to Perez's birthday with a girlfriend," one of our sources says. "When she was asked, 'Where's Ryan?' she made a mortified face and changed the subject right away. She gave off a weird vibe and seemed very awkward."

This weekend, as we told you about earlier today, Patridge hosted an afternoon pool party on Saturday at the MGM Grand's Wet Republic in Las Vegas. With no Cabrera in sight, it was assumed he'd skipped the trip to Sin City.

Not so.

He partied later that night at Leona Lewis' birthday bash at Vegas' Pure nightclub with Danny Masterson and New York Giants player Brandon Jacobs, while Patridge had dinner at Top Chef judge Tom Colicchio's Craft Steak followed by Cirque du Soleil's KA show and dancing at Studio 54.

Patridge and Cabrera's romance was shot for the next—and final—season of The Hills. No word if the breakup will be included.

"Audrina's not talking about it," says the source, who was with her in Vegas, "but people were talking about it over the weekend."

During a Monday radio appearance for On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Heidi Montag revealed new excruciating details about her plastic surgery marathon earlier this year, in which she underwent ten procedures in one day.

In addition to familiar-sounding enhancements -- nose, cheekbone and chin jobs, eyebrow lift, breast enlargement, fat injections -- Montag said that she also "had my back scooped."

When Ryan Seacrest asked her to clarify what a "back scoop" is, Montag replied, "I actually didn't know. I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit."

The star said she also "had my waist cinched in on both sides."

And the reality star has all the gory details on tape. "I have the footage of my ten procedures," Montag warned. "Going into it, getting it done...I've watched a little bit." The bloody footage might see the light of day in a future reality show, Montag hinted.

Post-surgery, Montag says she "has a great body now," but there are drawbacks. "I'm very weird about hugging people now -- [my body] is very fragile."

And, with breasts that are now size "E or F" depending on the bra, Montag said that jogging is also out.

The Hills star also talked up her ambitions to be the "blonde Tomb Raider," and it turns out she shares a fondness for weaponry with the original Lara Croft, Angelina Jolie.

"I actually have been training with guns and knives for years," Montag said. "I go to the firing range. I've been training with my M4s and Glock-19 for years!"

And despite breakup rumors, she and husband Spencer Pratt are doing just fine. "After everything we've been through -- it's a lot for any couple to go through -- everything's better now," she assured Seacrest.

The couple may move "to Costa Rica or somewhere in Latin America," she added. "I think we're gonna go there and figure it out," said Montag, who doesn't speak Spanish.

Is she sad about The Hills ending? "I couldn't be more excited to move on," she countered. "I've been doing this since I was 18...I'm ready to show my own reality."

LAUREN CONRAD: Everything! There are six of us: Lo, who is my roommate; Whitney; my other roommate, Maura; Britton and Natania; and Jillian, whom I’ve known since kindergarten. When I’m upset they build me up, and if I’m getting a little too involved, they bring me back.

GLAMOUR: Were Maura, Jillian and Natania on The Hills?

LAUREN CONRAD: [In the] background. They didn’t really have an interest in it. They were behind the cameras eating cereal in the morning.

GLAMOUR: Our readers on glamour.com had lots of questions for you. Mwk87 asks about your design career, “What is your advice to girls just heading out into the business world? How do you know and do what you love?”

LAUREN CONRAD: I grew up always knowing what I wanted to do, and I’m starting to see how rare that is. All of my friends are just figuring it out. It’s a process of elimination until you find what you love.

GLAMOUR: When The Hills ended, you had a lot of career choices. Why did you decide to go the book-writing route?

LAUREN CONRAD: I had been thinking about it for a while. I’ve always been a creative person, loved to design [clothes], so this was a different…challenge. Going into it, I was still a little unsure of myself.

GLAMOUR: What was the process like? Did you just sit down and start writing?

LAUREN CONRAD: The editors at HarperCollins were so great. I didn’t realize that you had to do an overview, then a chapter outline. Then it comes down to filling in the blanks.

GLAMOUR: Where do you usually write?

LAUREN CONRAD: In bed. At night I can write for hours.

GLAMOUR: How is the L.C. of today different from the one who moved to L.A. fresh out of high school?

LAUREN CONRAD: I learned very fast that this is a business, not a playground. Your career affects a lot of other people’s careers—they depend on you to do your job. In Hollywood, you grow up quick.

GLAMOUR: And you definitely had to; you endured a lot of criticism on The Hills.

LAUREN CONRAD: It got to the point where I was afraid to go online. I lived without cable or Internet for an entire year.

GLAMOUR: How did you turn it back on?

LAUREN CONRAD: I finally realized that [gossip] wasn’t going to hurt me. I have my family and friends, and I get to do what I love. Is any of that taken away because one person called me ugly? No.

GLAMOUR: Glamour.com reader ealebrun writes, “I want to know how fame affected her relationships. Does she [ever] wish she could blend in and go unnoticed?”

LAUREN CONRAD: Lo and I had a strong enough friendship that we understood this was our job, and sometimes it was going to be silly, but at the end of the day, we loved each other. Whitney is a very understanding, levelheaded person, which is rare. So I never had a fight with her—but I did with everyone else on that show, about everything.

GLAMOUR: The rest of the question was about whether you wish you could go incognito. Answer honestly!

LAUREN CONRAD: I get very uncomfortable with people watching me. And I know that sounds silly because of the show, but we were filming with people that we’d known for years, and it was a job. [Now] when [I’m] in a movie theater and [I] can hear the whispers, it’s like that really bad dream where you go to school naked. You feel so self-conscious.

GLAMOUR: You’re in a serious relationship now [with TV actor Kyle Howard]. How does this relationship differ from ones you’ve had in the past?

LAUREN CONRAD: I don’t have to clear my movie dates with a filming crew. [Laughs.] As soon as I started doing the show, I never had a boyfriend off camera; it wasn’t allowed. So I had a rule: I would date someone for two weeks, and that was it. Anyway, the first two weeks are the best!

GLAMOUR: You never got attached?

LAUREN CONRAD: [If] they were willing to be on camera [so] quickly, I knew it wasn’t going to work out. And if they weren’t willing to, I couldn’t have that relationship anyway.

GLAMOUR: Let’s talk fashion and style. On glamour.com, SummerInTheCity says, “Lauren always looks put together. What [are] the staple pieces in her wardrobe?”

LAUREN CONRAD: A sky-high black heel. Skinny jeans—mine are BDG from Urban Outfitters. They’re affordable and I go through them so quickly; I rip and stain and spill on them. I’m like a five-year-old!

GLAMOUR: We got a million reader questions about your hair. Nikirollerblades asks, “Is it shampoo, conditioner, professionally done daily? I just want to know how she gets those perfect shiny waves.”

LAUREN CONRAD: I use a different shampoo every day. I don’t use products—not even hairspray.

GLAMOUR: Have you ever tried hair extensions, or is this all your own?

LAUREN CONRAD: Well, I consider it mine because I own it. [Laughs.] But these are all extensions. I chopped all my hair off to my shoulders. I thought I was doing a chic bob. It was so bad. I have the taped-in ones, which are great because they lie flat when you pull your hair into a ponytail. I couldn’t do the individual ones; they felt like bugs!

GLAMOUR: I love your honesty. On another topic, do you ever feel pressure to be super skinny?

LAUREN CONRAD: I’ve never felt a push to be stick thin. I work out and eat healthy, so mostly it’s about being in shape and having energy. But about a year ago, I looked down and thought, I have cellulite. Where did that come from? I went through treatments; [my body] was like, It’s not going anywhere. Recently my boyfriend and I went to Cabo. We sat down on the beach, I took off my wrap and some woman pointed out a boat full of paparazzi. I was like, “There goes my tan.”

GLAMOUR: You’re so successful so young. Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

LAUREN CONRAD: I’ll be 34—so I probably won’t be clubbing. [Laughs.] I’d like to be doing something that makes me happy. Hopefully by then I’ll have settled down with someone.

GLAMOUR: Kids?

LAUREN CONRAD: Maybe. Being responsible for another human life terrifies me, because I kill plants. It’s crazy to me when people my age want kids. I feel like a kid myself!

It looks like Lohan can’t even beat that, with Hollywood insiders saying no one is willing to take the chance with the often unprofessional and difficult actress.

According to gossip blogger Perez Hilton, an inside source says: “Lindsay hasn’t worked for a long time, and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.”

“It’s very had to get her insurance and no studio or director is going to hire her without it. At this point, Heidi Montag is likely to make more movies than Lindsay Lohan.”

Running Bear and White Wolf aren't exactly being embraced by the community they hoped to join ... in fact, several Native American groups are lashing out at the reality stars over their "ignorant" name changes.

After the people formally known as Heidi and Spencer announced their new names, TMZ spoke with a rep from the Rosebud Sioux Tribe of South Dakota, who told us, "Continued stereotyping such as this by people ignorant of our traditional ways is very disrespectful and only hurts our efforts to curtail these stereotypes."

The rep claims they're especially upset because "the names they have given themselves are legitimate names in our tribe." And they're not the only ones pissed at the MTV couple ...

The National Indian Education Association tells us, "they have taken an inaccurate stereotypical approach to enhance their public image which is offensive to our diverse American Indian cultures."

They add, "We hope they are taking their 'self-improvement' journey seriously."

On Tuesday, it was reported by ShowBizSpy that Megan Fox had "reluctantly turned down" an offer to be replace Angelina Jolie in the next Lara Croft flick.

When moviegoers head to the theaters this weekend to check out "Clash of the Titans," starring 3-D king Sam Worthington, many will already be very familiar with the eye-popping technology. But, as it turns out, "The Hills" star Stephanie Pratt is still a newbie to the world of 3-D cinema.

"I've never seen a 3-D movie, so I'm, like, freaking-out excited," she told MTV News at the "Clash of the Titans" premiere in L.A. on Wednesday night. "I saw 'Bolt' in 3-D, but I only saw an hour of it, and it was like two years ago. So I missed 'Avatar.' I haven't seen 'Alice in Wonderland' yet, so this is like a big deal for me."

Now that she's becoming more familiar with the world of 3-D, does Pratt have a movie in mind that she'd like to see get remade in multiple dimensions? "This is, like, morbid: I almost just said 'Twister.' Why would I say that? It's terrifying," she said. "But I'm thinking, like, something in space or something really cool like that. Something so that it's, like, fantasy still."

Pratt isn't the only "Hills" star with 3-D fever. Her sister-in-law, Heidi Montag, recently told People magazine that she's working on a screenplay for a 3-D movie. "I am making the first 3-D beach comedy about a shark that attacks a small beach town, and I save the day with my 3-D boobs," Montag said. "I've even written a role for Dolly Parton to play the town mayor!"

Stephanie Predicts 'Hills' Stars' Futures

Though the upcoming season of "The Hills" will be its last, star Stephanie Pratt is confident that in just six seasons, the series has left its mark on the world of reality TV.

"It's hard to get nostalgic yet, since we just started filming this season, and it hasn't even aired yet," she told MTV News on the red carpet of the "Clash of the Titans" premiere in L.A. on Wednesday night. "It's definitely sad to know that we're not going to see the crew every day. ... I know I'll see the girls all the time. And the legacy — it was such a huge phenomenon. It's really, really special to be a part of something like this. The fact that it had six seasons, I think, says everything."

So, can Pratt envision a "Hills" reunion 30 years from now? "I think that would be really fun to do," she said. "I don't know about a show, but some kind of reunion to see what we all look like and stuff."

Pratt shared her predictions for what life after "The Hills" would hold for her and her friends. "I will have a closet the size of a house," she mused. "That's what I'm looking for. I just want a closet, a really big one.

"Lo is gonna be married with kids. Brody will be like the bachelor, still getting all the hot Italian girls," she joked. "Spencer and Heidi? I have no idea; they always surprise me. I really don't even know what's going on with them. And Audrina will be an actress. And Lauren will have 20 books under her belt."

After filming six seasons of MTV’s The Hills, Heidi Montag is ready to say goodbye to the show that shot her to reality fame.

“I’m so excited The Hills is finally over and I can now become a full time motion picture actress,” Montag tells PEOPLE exclusively of the news that the show will come to an end. “There is no better training [for an actor] than being in front of the cameras 24-7.”

Although her dream of becoming a pop star never quite materialized, Montag says her movie career is moving full steam ahead.

“After working with Oscar-winner Ron Howard on a short film project [for FunnyorDie.com] and then working for days with the comedic genius director Dennis Dugan and his team of brilliant comedy visionaries at Happy Madison on Just Go With It starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston, I have been able to truly find what makes me the happiest in life,” Montag says.

And what might that be? “Getting to truly show the world my creative ability … while playing … different characters.”

One of the characters Montag wants to play is “a lifeguard named Summer” in a script she wrote herself.

“I am making the first 3-D beach comedy about a shark that attacks a small beach town and I save the day with my 3-D boobs,” Montag says. “I’ve even written a role for Dolly Parton to play the town mayor!”

And while that project has yet to be greenlit, Montag is as confident as ever that she’ll make a splash in the film industry. Says Montag, “I’m now finally free to start my career and my new life as female mogul in Hollywood!”

Jason: "I Am Ashamed of Everything"

Former Hills star Jason Wahler says he felt incredible "shame" when he made headlines again last weekend for his sixth alcohol-related arrest in recent years. A week prior, online video footage also surfaced of Wahler, 23, being cuffed by Mexican police in Cabo San Lucas March 11 after he allegedly got into a club brawl.

"I am very, very ashamed of everything," he tells UsMagazine.com. "I am very sorry for everything that's happened."

So what went wrong for Wahler, who claimed in 2007 that he had cleaned up his act and even did a stint with inpatient rehab?

About six months ago, he tells Us he moved back to Orange County from L.A. and enrolled in the University of Phoenix in Fountain Valley, Calif., hoping to earn a business degree.

He even began going to AA up to five times a week. "I had a sponsor and stuff," says Wahler. "You know, the whole thing."

While traveling to L.A. "doing the whole movie stuff," he says he "got distracted" and "started falling out of the program ... I lost contact with my sponsor."

He slowly began drinking again. "It was one drink or a few," he says. "It wasn’t a binge or anything."

On March 19, he was taken into custody at 10:54 p.m. for DUI while driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe. He likely will face jail time.

He declined to talk about the incident, but he tells Us, "I think everything happens for a reason. God did that to me, so maybe I would be at [rock] bottom and want to climb my way to the top."

With the help of his new girlfriend and friends and family, he returned to AA this past Wednesday.

"It's all about getting back on track," Wahler tells Us. "My girlfriend, my parents, my brothers, my sisters and a handful of my best friends are willing to do everything to keep me out of trouble.

"I never want to drink again," he adds.

He says he'll also avoid L.A. "unless it’s crucial for work. If I do go, I will go with my father or somebody who is a sober support. But I definitely won't be going out!

"If I don’t stay sober," he tells Us, "I am not going to have a life."

Five minutes with Whitney Port

According to MTV, the Season 2 premiere of The City picks up right where last season left off. Whitney gets to show her new clothing line at New York Fashion Week. Afterward, Kelly Cutrone (who has been fronting her own show, Bravo’s “Kell on Earth”) returns to guide Port in getting her line out. Frenemy Olivia Palermo throws some shade Whitney’s way (of course). Roxy Olin still has Whitney’s back, but she’s not one to stand in the shadows. So we hear things get rocky for the two of them too.

Of course, we needed to know more. So Whitney Port spoke to us for about five minutes between shooting scenes for the show, and we asked her about as many questions about Season 2 that we could fit into the short time.

What was your impression of the Season 2 trailer?
It’s dramatic. At the same time, I think it shows the cutthroat industry that is fashion. As shallow as that may sound, it’s a really competitive industry. I think it’s awesome that we get to take such an inside look at it.

Tell us about the show at New York Fashion Week.
This is my first show at Bryant Park. It was my spring 2010 show, which was in September. I had a truly rare opportunity to show alongside two other designers for a group show. People’s Revolution produced it. The kickoff episode is the fashion show, then it goes into the whole process behind getting the line out there.

You were freaking out over it. What was the most stressful part of producing that show?
It was really, really overwhelming. I mean producing a fashion show is so much work. People just do not understand. There’s so many details that go into it. That week before, figuring it out, was the most stressful time of my life. That’s what you do when you’re passionate about something. I don’t know what the most stressful part of it was, but usually people have months in advance to prepare for a fashion show. I had literally a week, maybe a week and a half, because I just found out. It was so last minute.

You also finally let loose on Olivia. How good did it feel to finally rip into her?
Well, what happened was that she basically attacked my clothing line, and I’m more passionate about that than I care about my own feelings, to be honest. When it came down to it, I was just sick of letting her walk all over me, and I had gotten to a breaking point. I think it’s important for people to take notice that you have to be your own best advocate, because no one else is going to do it for you. So I just got to the point where I couldn’t take it anymore, and I thought she needed to hear it from someone.

So who’s the Frenchman?
His name is Jonathon, and we met while doing a photo shoot for my clothing line. He’s a photographer, and he actually specializes in war photography, but he does these fashion shoots on the side, and he works a lot with Elle. We worked together, and he was such a nice, lovely guy, so we hit it off. You’ll see how that whole relationship progresses.

Your friendship with Roxy Olin hits some hard times this season. What's going on with her?
Roxy and I definitely have our share of clashing. At the same time, it’s more about Roxy finding her own path this season. It’s a lot of Roxy helping me but figuring out that she needs to discover what she truly wants to do. So it’s fun to see her go on that journey.

Now that it's been announced that the new season of "The Hills" will be its last, some of the show's stars are discussing what they'd like to see happen in the final 12 episodes, kicking off April 27. Will Lauren Conrad come back? Will Kristin Cavallari stir up some more relationship trouble? Will Speidi finally start a family? It seems like anything is possible as the cast bids a fond farewell.

"I've had the best time," Cavallari told MTV News about her return to reality TV at the season-finale party in December. So what does she foresee happening in the new season? Castmate Lo Bosworth, who entered the reality-TV world alongside Cavallari on "Laguna Beach," said she'd like to see a little less drama for the show's final season, though it feels like that might be an impossible dream.

"I wish for a happier season next time," she said in December. "I would like a little return to normalcy, actually, sort of like previous seasons. It was a little more — not naive, but had more charm to it, just 'cause we didn't really know what we were doing."

And while last season was Lauren Conrad-free after she left the show to pursue other interests, does her bestie Lo ever think she might make a cameo? "Highly doubtful," she said. "I think she's very content."

Season 6 of "The Hills" will be the last :(

After six seasons of sex-tape rumors, Les Deux drama, and couture-filled trips to Paris, MTV and the producers of The Hills have decided it’s time for the sun to set on the reality phenom. “I think we’ve told the story of struggle and of finding yourself in L.A.,” creator Adam DiVello tells EW. “A lot of these kids have found themselves and have certainly embarked on different careers and different paths.” None more so than Heidi Montag, who premieres her much-discussed plastic-surgery results to her mother on camera in the first episode back. Says DiVello, “We tell the whole story. We pick right up where Heidi goes and sees her parents. And our cameras are there that minute the mother opens the door and sees her daughter for the first time.” Adds executive producer Liz Gateley, “It’s a really touching but heartbreaking scene to watch.”

Heidi and Spencer’s relationship will also be a major focus of this batch of episodes. Commenting on rumors that Spencer had been taken off the show, DiVello says, “Spencer is dealing with some stuff right now, and once he gets through that, we’ll be back to shooting with Spencer again. Bottom line is you will see him. He’ll be in most of the episodes.”

In the final 12 episodes set to begin airing on April 27 at 10 p.m. ET, fans can expect to see Audrina Patridge dating singer Ryan Cabrera and Kristin Cavallari dealing with rumors of drug abuse. “When Kristin was in Miami for the Super Bowl, there was definitely some late nights for her and some speculation that she might be partying a little too hard,” explains Gateley. “So we’re definitely going to cover that part of Kristin. We’re pretty much covering everything you’ve read [about in the tabloids].” Also look for Stephanie Pratt to be dealing with sobriety, coming off her DUI last year.

But will former star Lauren Conrad return for the big goodbye? Maybe. DiVello promises a satisfying conclusion to the drama that started in Laguna Beach — though there’s one ending fans shouldn’t hold out for: “I always joked it would be nice to see Lauren get married.”

Insiders say the network hopes for wedding bells between Paris and Doug, which could deliver a big ratings bonanza similar to Khloe Kardashian's tearful nuptials.

Over 3.2 million viewers tuned in last November to see Khloe marry Lamar Odom. E! hopes that Paris Hilton can pull in that many, or at least in the same ballpark.

An inside source told the N.Y. Post, "Doug and Paris will also appear on the show, and executives hope that an engagement will happen in the next six months."

Hey, she's already dropping hints.

Reinhardt's agent, Greg Weiss, confirmed, "Doug is producing the show, which will star his sister and her friends. But he and Paris will also make appearances."

As for Casey, the show's supposed star? She's a former beauty queen who's a student at Pepperdine University and is working on her own cosmetics line.

Whitney: Why She's Being Sued for $90,000

Whitney Port isn't just the pretty face of her clothing line, Whitney Eve.

She designs it all, too.

At least that's what her lawyers are saying in response to a lawsuit filed by a former friend-turned-employee who claims she's responsible for almost all of the designs.

In a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on March 19, Adrienne Baravetto says she worked for The City star and her father, Jeffrey Port, in 2008 when the line was called Eve & A.

"The actual designs were virtually all done by Baravetto, much of which was inspired by her own vintage clothing collection," the lawsuit says. "Baravetto presented design ideas to Whitney Port, [who] made minor, if any, modifications to Baravetto's work.

The suit alleges that Baravetto was booted from the company after Port and her dad "falsely" said Whitney was the sole designer and that Baravetto was "nothing more than a consultant."

Baravetto is seeking $90,000 in back pay along with punitive and statutory damages.

However, Port's lawyer, Michael A. Taitelman, called the suit "baseless and without merit."

"Baravetto worked for Whitney Eve for a short period of time ending in early 2008," Taitelman said in a statement. "For more than two years, she has been silent. For reasons that we will uncover she has decided to make these unsubstantiated allegations at this time."

Perhaps we could be seeing a courtroom battle on television. MTV announced earlier today that the new season of The City will premiere April 27.

Audrina's Alleged Stalker Loses Cool in Court

But that's exactly what happened to Audrina Patridge's alleged stalker this morning, whose judge-directed verbal spewing resulted in a suspension of his criminal case while two doctors suss out his state of mind.

The outburst took place as 24-year-old home loiterer Zachary Loring attempted to enter a guilty plea to one count of felony stalking the Hills star. His attorney objected, and after the judge sided with the lawyer and refused to accept the plea, Loring erupted.

Immediately after the brief four-letter flare-up, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge William Ryan suspended the proceedings, ordered Loring to undergo no less than two evaluations, and returned him to police custody, where he is being held on $150,000 bail.

A competency hearing has been set for April 13.

Nearly 25,000 runners hit the pavement early Sunday morning for the 25th annual Los Angeles Marathon. Among the celebs participating in the 26.2-mile trek from Dodger Stadium to the Santa Monica Pier were Shia LaBeouf, Lord of the Rings star Sean Astin, Hell's Kitchen overlord Gordon Ramsay, The Bachelor's Andy Baldwin and Hills star Audrina Patridge.

Baldwin, an Ironman triathlete and an officer in the United States Navy, finished first among the celebs at 3 hours 24 minutes. Ramsay clocked in at 3:36; LaBeouf, running on behalf of veterans, crossed the finish line in 4:35; and Astin made it at 5:16. Patridge, running for a children's charity, tweeted after she finished and later announced that she "inhaled a philly cheese steak" postrace, but her time was not immediately available.

Meanwhile, celebs such as Julia Louis-Dreyfuss and Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson were among those cheering from checkpoints along the route.

Former Hills Star Jason Wahler Arrested...Again

Former Hills bad boy Jason Wahler was allegedly busted for DUI Friday night in Newport Beach, Calif.

Wahler was taken into custody at 10:54 p.m. while driving a 2008 Chevy Tahoe, and was released just hours later, police said.

While details are scarce on this arrest, it's not the first time Wahler has been busted for bad behavior. Friday's arrest marks the sixth drinking-related bust for the 23-year-old reality star in the past few years.

The most recent lockup was just last week in Cabo San Lucas, when Wahler was taken into custody by Mexican authorities after allegedly getting into a fight at a nightclub.

Prior to that, Wahler was arrested in Yakima County, Wash., last September, allegedly on assualt and minor drinking charges.

After he was released from custody this week, Wahler hopped on Twitter Saturday afternoon, tweeting, "Thank you for your support, but please respect my privacy as this is a personal matter: no need to bombard my parents with phone calls 24/7!"

While Wahler is best known for his rocky relationship with ex Lauren Conrad, he called off an engagement to college student Katja Decker-Sadowski last year.

A rep for Wahler had no comment regarding the purported arrest.

In the new issue of Shape magazine (she’s the cover girl for the 2nd time), the “Hills” hottie confesses that even she struggles with her body image if she doesn’t get to the gym.

Conrad explained, “I call it the ‘boyfriend layer.’ We (she and boyfriend Kyle Howard) were having more romantic dinners out, and I was exercising less.”

But Lauren has found the solution to her problem - “I just ask Kyle, ‘You feel like working out?’ It’s more fun than hitting the gym alone. We like doing outdoor stuff: tennis, bike riding, kayaking, stand-up surfing, hiking in the canyons around L.A.”

Playboy Magazine had Spencer conduct Heidi's interview for her upcoming cover issue. In typical Speidi fashion, their conversation was absolutely ridiculous.

The shameless duo discussed Heidi's "singing" career, their toughest critics and the infamous sex tape rumor about Lauren Conrad and her ex-boyfriend, Jason Wahler. These two really need to get some new material. The whole sex tape drama got old two years ago!

"I was lying about being apologetic," Spencer said, "and I hate lying. And then she tried to make me the scapegoat, America's bad guy, which is an easy sell. I'm cool with that. "I did pose nude," the reality-TV vixen, 22, tells the new issue of Us Weekly, on stands today.

Although the racy photos that made it into the mag are PG-13 (she's wearing skimpy lingerie or a tiny bikini), she says she'll strip down completely after getting more plastic surgery.

"The body is a beautiful creation. If anything, the reason I didn't show everything is because I plan to get a few more upgrades," Heidi tells Spencer, who interviewed her for Playboy.

"I'm definitely not done with my surgical quest," she goes on, adding that she'd like "to go bigger on my boobs" for her husband, 26.

(Before going under the knife the first time, Heidi reveals she went "shopping for boobs" in the lad mag. "I wanted the best, so I sat down and flipped through a bunch of Playboys," she says. "The women are so hot -- Pamela Anderson, Carmen Electra, Marilyn Monroe, all the Playmates.")
